Shipping Overview


We offer shipping to the US and Canada. We use USPS to ship your package domestically. Our domestic expedited service is provided by UPS, USPS, and DHL. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email contact@theclearskincompany.com

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday only during normal business hours. Any orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship on the weekend.

Shipping - CANADA

The Clear Skin Company will now offer shipping Canada. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you). You may also have the option to pay any taxes and fees upfront during checkout.  If a "free gift with purchase" promotion is available on TheClearSkinCompany.com, please redeem this promotion at your own risk as we have seen orders being held at customs due to the free gift within your package.

Please note that Auto-Replenishment Subscription orders are not available for international orders.

Order Tracking
When you place an order with The Clear Skin Company, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email contact@theclearskincompany.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.


Canceling an Order
When an order is placed on TheClearSkinCompany.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.


Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card if a return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: Our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy only apply to The Clear Skin Company products directly purchased through TheClearSkinCompany.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase. Please note that The Clear Skin Company does not accept exchanges.

  • Orders are packed with care and shipped in industry-standard packaging to keep them safe. Customers are encouraged to review their orders for accuracy when they arrive. Any order discrepancies (wrong/missing items) must be reported to our Support Team via email at contact@theclearskincompany.com within 30 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
  • Please either use your packing slip or print your email order confirmation to include in your return and circle or highlight the products you wish to return. If you don’t have your order confirmation, please email contact@theclearskincompany.com to get your order number or a copy of the order confirmation re-sent to you.
  • US Orders Only: If your product arrives defective or damaged and you’d like a new one shipped instead of a refund, please indicate this on your order confirmation with your return. If the item is in stock, we will reship it to you for no additional shipping fees. If the defective or damaged item is out of stock, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the defective item, including the original shipping fees.
  • The Clear Skin Company is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All returns (including product defects) must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All bundled (sets/kits) items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
  • A full refund will be issued on a return that includes a promotional gift(s) (full-size) product only if the return is made within 30 days of the delivery date and the promotional gift(s) (full-size), accompanies the return. If the promotional gift(s) is not included, the full retail value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel your auto-replenishment subscriptions. To cancel, change shipment frequencies, or make any other changes to your auto-replenishment subscription, please sign in to your The Clear Skin Company customer account on our website.
  • Any free sample sachets you receive do not need to be returned.
  • TheClearSkinCompany.com does not offer exchanges.
  • We will notify you via email once your refund or reshipment has been processed.

Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and initiate a refund to your original payment method. After the refund is initiated, the funds should show in your account within 7-10 business days. Canceling an Order

To ensure prompt delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after receiving them. Due to our fast processing time, we cannot cancel or change an order once it's submitted. The Clear Skin Company is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer.
